All transactions at bp8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden currency conversion fees. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within stated timeframes.
All bp8 promotions are subject to stated wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a bp8 Account. bp8 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. bp8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfied.
Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ascertain the applicable laws of your jurisdiction before registering. bp8 makes no representations that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
When registering for a bp8 Account, you agree to:
bp8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bp8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify bp8 immediately via support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one bp8 Account. Operating multiple Accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent banning from the Platform.
bp8 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with bp8. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
An Account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bp8 reserves the right to apply dormancy fees as published in its fee schedule and to close dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
bp8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All deposits are processed in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts apply as published on the Platform and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method previously used to deposit into the Account or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's own name. bp8 processes withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts within the timeframes stated on the Platform. bp8 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, security reviews, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or violation of these Terms.
The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bp8 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment gateway level is the responsibility of the payment service provider, not bp8.
bp8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under its international gaming authority licensing. bp8 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into the Platform and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits offered by bp8 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type. Bonus funds are used before Real Money Balance by default. bp8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is detected.
Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple players, are strictly prohibited. bp8 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive strategies and to close the relevant Accounts.
Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
All games available on the bp8 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bp8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited and certified under bp8's international gaming authority licensing.
For sports betting, bp8's sportsbook rules govern the settlement of all markets. Odds are subject to change prior to a bet being confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the stated odds at acceptance apply regardless of subsequent market movements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bp8 Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the bp8 Platform, including but not limited to the bp8 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data, is owned by or licensed to bp8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bp8. Unauthorised use of bp8 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming credits resulting from technical malfunctions, network outages, or circumstances beyond bp8's reasonable control.
bp8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bp8 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bp8's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bp8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time at its sole discretion, including where bp8 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than your own breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC requirements and fraud checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.
You may close your bp8 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bp8's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bp8's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent bp8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent ongoing breaches of these Terms.
bp8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bp8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
